At Burt's Bees Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Refund

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
